Crosskate 616 Backcountry Skates were born out of the insatiable need to carve and glide – regardless of the season. Their all terrain capability lets you have the fun of skiing almost anywhere. They integrate the thrill of downhill skiing, the fitness of cross-country skiing and the accessibility of mountain biking all in one product without the need for snow. The Backcountry name refers to the fact that they’re made for wilderness adventure. Although they are called Skates, they are designed to bring out the best in skiers, mountain bikers, hikers, and runners – as well as in-line skaters.
